He prepare horsemeat like this:
-slices of horse are fermented for 4 weeks
-salt is added
-it was not put in the oven at +127 degrees C for 12 minutes
-instead meat was slightly warmed up in steam to dry it up
He contracted hepatitis virus from the meat and died
(horse is by the way heppa in Finnish, what a irony)
