I just can't help think Ubisoft is going to do something stupid and make the MC some annoying non-white. Probably gay or trans as well.
Which strangely enough, isn't controversial at all. You go to most main stream media outlets and they're all bashing Trump. You go to the most normie social website on the internet (reddit), and there is bound to be at least three "Impeach Trump" posts, or Resist Trump.
In fact, it'd be controversial to make the MC a white male Christian, and make the villain a non-white. Maybe a Muslim Terrorist. Then have the MC's main cast of helpers be some sort of Red Neck Christian DEUS VULT Brigade.
