im pretty sure my boss just hasnt been nominating me for training. every time i hear about training coming up, he has no exercise titles or numbers, no dates, he just asks for dates people are free and apparently sends it off to our div oficer (who is literally a cadet, a more on-the-ball cadet than our leading seaman div po, but a cadet nonetheless)
im pretty sure the reason i havent had any work in months is because of my boss being incompetent. we started to get newsletters from the pr officers and all the shit I've been asking to go on apparently have ZERO nominations and the ones that do have NONE from our department
i havent been able to pay my rent in two months because of this fucker. he even had the gall to post A PHOTO OF HIS MONITOR INSTEAD OF A SCREENSHOT OR TEXT COPY-PASTE and ASKED IF PEOPLE HAD GOTTEN AN EMAIL AND THEN REFUSED TO SAY WHAT EMAIL. the more i think about it the more i wanna go over his head and outright say he's fucking incompetent to the point of impacting his charges' lives. i shouldnt have to eat out of the fucking trash because some fucker is too lazy to forward an email, and i shouldnt be going over my department and straight to the petty officers in charge of shit to fish for contracts. other years, by now, I'm financially comfy and ready for summer. this year, i cant even fucking eat regularly because this dumb fuck can't do his job even as well as his underlings. I go see the IT person about a contract I got sent details about, and they tell me to see my boss, and that boss fucking doesn't even know what I'm talking about and then says I have "low priority" on it. what a complete shitter. i will fuck
