I had already had some weeks of experience of nofap and so I had an outline of things I shouldn't be doing. Then I went on vacation, and I was so active during the day that masturbation and watching porn didn't even drift into my mind. I feel blessed for having gotten rid of this demon.
Two tips I would give for people interested; if you relapse, don't do it again in the same day thinking it's alright because the day is wasted anyways. That kind of thinking will make you relapse the next day and the day after. Secondly, NEVER deliberately look at porn, with the excuse of "Oh, I don't plan on masturbating, I'm just bored" etc. You have an addiction, and you are directly feeding it. Good luck to all my brothers and sisters attempting to feel free from addiction again!
