Those reasons are all completely logical except the first imo, if you had a talk with him he should understand that thats who you are, he shouldnt be scared by it
Plus if you have been living for a while together and he has no reason to believe you are gay/bi, knowing it shouldnt be that much of a difference since you never made any advances in the time you had been living together earlier anyways
