to say something is "based", means you think it is based on /pol/'s far-right ethno-nationalism or that it reflects something along those lines.

some ppl think based is just another word for cool but its not, it's a type of cool only used in context of being aligned with far-right ethnonationalism.
so if your actions, pics, humor, whatever is aligned with /pol/'s sense of being far-right, then you can say it is based, as in "based on /pol/'s far-right consensus and / or in line with such concepts"
