>>10432722that's what a call a spiritual experience. it's not really a part of enlightenment, but its usually a hint that things aren't what we think they are.
>>10432733This path started when I was hitchhiking through Europe (pretty heavy spiritual experience wrote about in previous, I returned to Australia where it continued. Fell into some pretty deep and dark depression when I learned that my entire life In Australia was an act to please the world around me. Family, old friends, my old hobbies, everything felt like a stage and none of it had a shred of authenticity. Que alcoholism. Decided to move back to Europe, Norway seemed comfy. currently living on a farm on the edge of civilization in the arctic.
People seem to be confused and bewildered at how little stimulation I need, I spent 3 months alone in a mountain cabin and it was very pleasant. still have some dark days but I'm sober again which is nice. feels like the return to Australia was a mistake but hey you gotta live through these things.
thanks /pol/ I don't have many people to share ths with. Most people have no point of reference for any of it.
