both versions have onions which aren't rare but i take personal issue with.
for the slop version beans are an insane inclusion and i think it would be better to use just ketchup and mustard or ketchup and mayo for the sauce instead of all 3. don't love to see the pickles either, but i'll count that one as preference as well. the beer is a good choice though i think
for the actual burgers i wish i knew what sauce he was using since it's unclear and might make or break something like this. i'd really like to see more lettuce and a second patty in place of the tomato and avocado as well
the double burgers he makes just before the final shot are probably the best looking to me, but it's really strange that the patties are so much thicker AND there's 2 of them. also way too much onion, not nearly enough sauce, and should still include the lettuce i think
