also yes im doing much, much better. disinfected my entire place because im a germophobe, tried not to think about the shit i posted/sent people as usual, and slept a lot. im supposed to meet someone tomorrow but i feel a bit anxious over it. i hate ghosting people though, so im still gonna force myself to do it.
