if we're gonna talk about child experimentation, though, we might start with giving kids vaccines which are still technically under an EUA (can't sue the vaccine manufacturer)
pretty sure that that violates at least 3 (largely symbolic) of the IHLs passed after ww2. it's inferably human experimentation--on kids, no less
