The particles (CCN, nucleates) are entering the atmosphere, and immediately condensing water vapour (water gas) into liquid water condensation, which now makes the aerosol visible. Usually the aerosols are not visible once they are dissipated from the craft they've been placed by, until they start to consense water, then they appear.
The so called "dunes" and rippling is HAARP like energy weapons (ground based antenna arrays) that are injecting so called "gravity waves" aka scalar energy into.
"Amateur" scientists have discovered this phenomenon, bc who else is going to? It's black science.
So now whenever you see "radiomorphic" clouds, you'll know who's behind it.
