I myself did celibacy for over 4 years now. Semen retention. Lots of meditation. Kundalini was good too. Loa did help me but I wouldnt consider it to be supernatural.
What I really wanted, the only thing I really wanted to was to cast fireballs. I didnt care about jewish tales as to I should not want to cast the fireballs. Or about enlightenment or escaping the samsara, or some other cope. The big religions are restrictive like that for sure. They have like a very small part that is practically useful but that small part they use to lead you into irrelevant spiritual pursuits. Buddhists generally speaking for some reason have the most actual practical value to offer, kundalini, qigong, pranayama, that sort of stuff seems like its the ONLY thing of practical value, the taoist ying/yang also seems very practical, but for social/mental related things to control other people with.
So if you dont have any secrets, tell me what methods YOU are using them. Assuming you arent totally bullshitting us. I can hardly see a european noble, inviting in some mystical qigong teacher into your giant nature sided mansion.
