Keep up the work and spreading the good word, anon. Processed foods are stripped of almost all nutritional value, mostly due to pasteurization. Though some products now undergo, i think it's called, cpp, cold pressure pasteurization, as opposed to boiling heat. Not sure how it affects nutrients, but people should have at least 1 raw food meal a day, like fruits, veggies, seeds, salads.
Since going vegan and eating a raw meal a day, i have way more energy and NO crash. But i'm thin now, which the worst part of people saying i'm "too thin". Well what the fuck does that mean? What does too thin lead to? I'm nourished without all those empty, dead calories and vitamins in my diet. Now I can make a whole list of issues that go along with being too fat. Soí boys are thin as me, but unfermented soí like tofu is actually really bad, as it absorbs any nutrients away from the body.
I've worked 50+ hours a week without any sweets, coffee, caffeine, sugar (aside from fruits). Most "healthy" people always say they NEED coffee or whatever to give them a boost. Well if these mother fuckers are more nourished than I, how come I have more energy than them and DON'T need energy boosts from shit like coffee or redbull?
