speaking of her, i've been listening to invu a lot recently and i really like it. i'd forgotten how much i enjoy her voice. i didn't like most of her songs before so i hadn't noticed but as soon as she put out one i liked, the sound of her voice instantly transported me back to 2017 and the last song of hers i liked.

yeah honestly, it's pretty petty of me but i dislike the fact that they got popular despite being completely awol for most of the year. and their songs being generic club bangers instead of the more interesting initial songs which were still upbeat but less cringe and generic. you can't tell me playing with fire is on the same tier as how you like that.
i would have been perfectly fine with bp being popular if they kept releasing songs every few months if i didn't like them. but this massive popularity despite them literally ignoring their fans is distasteful
