>>18464206With the victories of her allies emboldening her, Shogun Aina was ready to join them. And the battle was as climatic as any WWA fan could hope.
The two women clashed, their hatred of each other making itself apparent through every strike and attempted submission hold. Once Shogun shoved Raquel through the cage, there was only one place to go: the top.
Though La Jefa had fallen off of the cage once, the queenpin had steeled herself and came rushing towards the shrine maiden, enraged. From there, it was moment to moment offense from her. Shogun nearly went falling off herself, but instead her body was beaten and slammed against steel, and many times did La Jefa lock her in a hold…and many times did Shogun resist, powering through, despite every part of her flesh begging her to let things end.
She couldn’t.
With craftiness did she finally find a weakpoint in Raquel’s attacks, and with that same craftiness she sent La Jefa hurtling through the cage and flat onto the canvas; a fall that had once killed a woman who she talked to merely a day before Clash at the Kingdom started. And despite locking her in a submission hold…she still didn’t tap. If there was one admirable quality of Raquel Durango, it’s that she didn’t give up.
In a way, cliche though it was, the two really weren’t so different.
The second Raquel came at her to finish business, though, was Shogun’s chance to show that there was a key difference: one of them was the better wrestler. No need for the Hallowed Hell: with all her might, she picked up Raquel for an Odenta Crasher, locked in a submission hold as tight as she could…
…and it was over.
Shogun Aina made the untappable tap.
Shogun Aina had marched her way through Hell and cut the demon to ribbons.
Shogun Aina was NOT the one who killed Skelly Skelly.
Shogun Aina won her first PWE match.
In truth, she could hardly believe it...even though, to her, this was what HAD to happen, it didn't seem real.
