The best advice for young women is to actually take dating seriously. Date the kind of man you want to marry. Stop with the bullshit "I'm going to fuck a bunch of dominant guys in my 20s and then settle for my safety net in my 30s." Those men aren't going to date you after you spent your 20s rejecting them. If you want to marry a good man, don't spend your 20s rejecting good men for petty reasons.
