I just tie a towel to the back of my futon and lay on the ground to do chest rows in place of pull ups cause I don’t have a pull up bar. He said he’s been doing it the exact same exercises since he was 15 because he autistically picked exercises that work out all your muscles throughout the week. Like him or hate him the dude is in good shape
