For questions/how to do x go to /fit/ or search online. Starting strength YT has videos on how to do each of the above lifts correctly. There's countless other places like stronglifts, barbell logic etc. Or find a coach or friend.
This virus will pass and odds are you'll be fine. Instead of obsessing about it, why not set plans to make yourself better in a realm you have total control over. Get under the bar and get to work.
