"Yeah I guess I was a bit lonely. Is that weird? I'm not really used to it." She avoids Amy's glance. "I was hoping that if I stayed here beneath Madame Divine's window she'd eventually notice me and feel like spending time with me. But she's probably got much better things to do, it was a dumb idea."
Nikki beckons one of the servants over, and orders him to bring her a milkshake.
"The whole champ thing isn't so bad though. The only issue is WWA keep trying to book me to do make-a-wish stuff, and photoshoots - not the fun kind either, but the super boring ones in front of a green screen in a drab studio."
Nikki smiles. She doesn't find what Amy said cringy at all, in fact it gives her a warm feeling inside. "Thanks Amelia, I appreciate that a lot and I feel the same way."
