It’s a great ice breaker really. A couple of years ago my HR girl was a redditor and called me 4chan. We use to go out and drink on her dime and she’d try to get with me. One time at the Griffin on Fremont she whipped her delicious chocolate tits out for a glass of fancy white wine. We went to an emo burlesque show another time and one of the shaved head black girl dancers bought me a couple of drinks to pick my brain.
You don’t have to choose a real life or an internet life. You can have both and they can interact just fine.
