>>15935551It'd only be retarded if you deliberately drove yourself to that point, which you definitely didn't intend on doing, so, yeah. Just realize the faults that you did make which led up to it, rather than the event itself, because it wasn't really you once it was happening. Beforehand, you still did have a say with your thoughts. As you do now, so, like I said before, take care to prevent it.
>thanks and noOh, well, if you say so, sure. But if it does keep hurting after a little while more, then, try having it looked at, yeah?
>all i have to do is not fuck up the futureRight, you get it. Although, again, that's easy to say. You can plan a pretty picnic, but you can't predict the weather. You're still very much emotionally sensitive, so, something bad happening out of the blue can throw all of that critical thinking out the window, even if you made no mistake. Which is just life, I suppose, it very well may happen again at some point no matter how much precaution you take. Even then, you still have to focus your thinking on what you have power over, so, it's just what it is, can't be dwelling over that. You'll make it through things, anyhow.
>oh yeah definitelyThen, I'm sure that you could do it. Hell, maybe you already have, as I'm writing this.
>i really dont know whyI mean, yeah, that's the point, it just wasn't you thinking at the time, because of what your emotions put you through. Better make as sure as possible that it doesn't happen again.
>i didnt even think about that at all actuallyGlad to help, then. There's probably more to it, but, I figure that's enough for you to act.
>maybe because it could cause pressure or something?I don't think so, no. Just simply checking up on you more often shouldn't be any pressure on anybody, I don't think. Very superficially, if it's even there. And they wouldn't mind, so, it doesn't matter.
