As far as who ham screwed, they lived for a very long time, I would not be suprised if it was dozens of women. There are probably multiple points at which he fathered many children.
I think since we know that Noah was the only one not corrupt, that the wives these men took after must've been corrupt to some degree before. I dont think that means that they necessarily had nephilim DNA, but maybe it means there were no pure Whites instead.
