>>16330813Look into dialectical behaviour therapy. You'll learn coping skills for dealing with emotions. DBT focuses on stress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
It's your only hope for BPD, unless you outgrow it. No meds can help as it's a personality disorder and not a chemical imbalance (although depression, anxiety and iirc bipolar can often be comorbidities).
Look into therapy if possible. Obviously a therapist trained in DBT would be best, but talk therapy, and therapy of any kind is very helpful.
Look at exiting any toxic relationships you might be in as well, they can't be repaired as long as you (and probably the other person too as BPD often attract each other and form a toxic codependence) remain untreated and unstable.
