>>21234232The place I grew up in doesn't (in a city), but where I currently live does (suburb ~40 minutes outside a city). People decorate their houses, have big parties, have tons of kids (and mid teens) trick or treating in costumes, etc. The main difference is that I see is that it isn't all local kids, though most are still white
I used to have all of that growing up, but blacks/hispanics started bussing their kids into the neighborhoods. Vandalism and theft skyrocketed, which eventually turned into robberies and assault. People now just don't hand out anything and the parents go trick or treating in coworkers neighborhoods in the suburbs.
It is quite sad. Halloween is a silly but fun activity but yet again ruined by hordes of shitskins not understanding the nature of it
