>>12274287Americans, there are 2 light brown haired blue eyed hobo mutts in the downtown of xalapa, always talking with invisible people but they dont even speak spanish and looks like they r always high in some crystal shit, last week one of em was going to knife a unleashed (golden retriever) dog while screaming something i couldnt traslate, when the owner was trying to get the dog leashed again the hobo started to actually scream harder at him, make a oriental fighter pose and tryed to kick the guy in the face while he was crounching leashing the doggo, then a patrol came to get him in but he was free the next morning kek, the other one is mostly always drunk and laying sleeping in the streets but ive hear he has tryed to assault zoomers to get their phones at night
