>[Worldwide phenomenon and professional wrestling all-time great, charity worker extraordinaire, and global philanthropist Kelly Omega recently appeared on the cover of ‘ROOIE’ magazine in Australia, where she made comments regarding her upcoming Iron waifu match with Gemma Stone as part of the Divine Trials:]
“I feel like I’ve kind of said everything I need to say by now. I have no ill-will towards Gemma Stone, but I’m not a fan of newcomers walking into the company that I helped build and getting into a championship match. It’s not Gemma’s fault that there is little hope -- whoops, I said hope again -- in the back of the company, who are seemingly too scared to enter tournaments and make a name for themselves. It’s not Stone’s fault that some power-hungry audit company tore through the roster, getting my friends fired, getting her daughter fired, just before this tournament was getting going.”
“I’ll make this really simple. I know my end is coming sooner than I’d like, but I’m not going to let Gemma Stone stand in the way of something I have been working so [redacted] hard for. An Iron Waifu match is not something you can waltz into and expect to win first try without working your [redacted] off for it. I know that as well as I’m sure she does. So yeah, maybe my neck is a little sore. Maybe my back is aching and my muscles burn. But my heart’s still beating and my legs ain’t broke yet. She’s got to survive 15 minutes with me, and I WILL NOT go gently into that good Night.”
