>>22588722How do I fix this posture? I've tried exercising various muscle groups for 5 years. I just can't seem to fix the slouch-while-sitting posture. Can someone seriously help me? I am desperate. I've done everything from wall angels to cobras. I'm a pro at both. I recently isolated the serratus to keep my shoulders tight and back straight, and it worked, yet when I sit, the slouch continues. Runded shoulders don't always happen, but the lower back ALWAYS happens. I am going to do back extensions in the gym tomorrow, but seriously, I need to know what the fuck the problem is?
