I've gone to the ER 3 times, they keep telling me everything is normal. I took 2 parasite tests, they all came back clean, I took every STD test and all negative...yet I feel something moving inside me from my chest to my arm, I can literally feel my heartbeat on my fingertips and I get weird hot-flashes all over my body.
They gave me anti-acids and it helps alot, somedays it goes away and I dont even feel it but whenever I eat spicy food it goes crazy...is this really just gastritis? I havent had alcohol or energy drinks for 5 months now (I used to drink them everyday and got drunk every weekend for the past 10 years)
When am i gonna be normal again? Could it be a pinched chest nerve from sitting on my ass all day? This all started 3 months after I was lifting weights 3xWeek...maybe I lifted too hard and thats what this is..I feel like I'm going crazy, I just want to be normal again
