But seriously, after ten years of therapy (which did nothing at all) i realized that that is an extremely reliable sign that there‘s some stuff that needs to be dealt with that is still causing a lot of pain, it‘s just too completely suppressed. But i guess you‘ll get there at your own pace.
No, not impulsive at all. Yeah i can starve myself pretty well. I‘ve cycled through every eating disorder in existence. My latest approach is to try to eat like a normal human being again but seems like i forgot what that looks like.
