I sorta found a exploit with this one I think, I used one turret for horizontal movement then I placed another turret on top of it but flipped it 90 degrees to the side for vertical movement and constrained the barrel to 0 degrees, this way the barrel and can move vertically at the same speed as a turret can rotate sideways so you can aim the gun so hecking fast, it takes like 1 second to raise the gun 90 degrees
