Unless it's around 7 AM, they bake their first serving then - it's all nicely seen through glass windows, flour mixing and kneading etc.

Basically if there's any place you could get normally a donut from, then tomorrow you will find that place filled with freggin' donuts and more or less variants of fat sweet dough - like brushwood cake etc.
It's to fatten up before Lent, but people just want to cheat on diet and eat ten donuts o/
They come in so many qualities and kinds it's truly mindboogling - the bakery alone has about 30 of them I think, plus some less traditional ones.
