There is an application called "MyBible" in Play Store which essentially has no Bible but instead you can download and import a huge variety of Bibles as modules from the Greek FPB to the English KJV+
I recommend that solution if you want to directly compare the translations and how faithful they are between each other.
Regarding the Isaiah 45:7 what God says is pretty simple if you want translate it directly.
" I build Light and made Darkness. I bring and restore peace but also allow calamities and sorrows to come. I am the Lord God, who does all these things.
Light and Darkness are good things. Everything he made is good, darkness is needed and not evil to begin with, and why would it be? Are the colors of the rainbow - the rainbow God created to show his pact with Noah - bad because humans took them and changed their meaning to represent homosexuality?
Of course it is up to God's hand to allow calamities to come, if he did not have such power us begging, praying for him to show mercy for our sins would be pointless. He is Almighty.
