I am trying to run or jog 2430 km within 12 minutes after workouts every second day but i run out of steam in near half or quarter of the route and i need to rake a break or walk and almost always end with 5+ overtime. How i can improve my stamina and physical strengh for running or jogging?

My routine consists of
At least 5*20 push ups and squats within 5 minutes for each or to do full 100 of both within 5 minutes on one take.
At least 1.15 hours of lifting 9 or 10 kg with one hand barbells with 15 pulls and doing some excersises from that Heer fit manual that one anon posted here and those bodyweight excersises and 5 minutes of boxing. I was thinking that if i should add some burpees is that a good idea? Also how do i improve in this part because after this workout routine i feel drained and thinking that i didint done any progress.

On this topic i dont do much because i only practice TRE and 5 minute meditations and i still dont feel better (and its not from blackpilling propaganda from globhomo) and i dont know what should i add.
