They all have a grain of truth to them, which gets dramatized or humorized for the sake of provoking a much greater reaction out of the audience as needed.
Even if Hanako's autism is somewhat overplayed, it might just be true that she has it, but makes it very notorious because she knows that autistic people are more likely to be treated nicely, or as "one of us" instead of as "one of them", on 4chan (especially boards like /r9k/, /bant/, and [s4s]) because of it.
