Anyway, Russians have to put up with all the constant fucked up shit and hardships in that land. Winters are fucked, social cohesion is fucked, wilderness and wildlife is Hell, plus all the alien-demon shit happening there all the time, the fractured and shattered families from a century of war, famine, and tyranny, and a basic "fuck off and take care of your self" attitude from the State has made Russians dichotomously either Stronk as fuck or the weak sissy bois you see on vidya livestreams.
American men in general are pampered. Life is extremely easy for most, including myself. Most of us are motivated to do some kind of sport in Highschool, but a lot do not and more fail to keep up with fitness and health after they graduate or drop out. I'm young yet, and reversing the course of my physical degradations. I regulate my diet and exercise regularly, train with my weapons (for self defense only, ABC- violent crimes are an atrocity) and empty-hand skills. The environment here, socially, politically, and naturally, is not very challenging or motivating at the moment. That can be good, it means we must conceptualize our own motivations and be driven by ourselves. This helps improve my mental and spiritual integrity.
