Reconstruction from the ground up is impossible you have to learn to access higher beings and ask them for help and the only way to do that is to follow an authentic path which is a catch-22. Find a serious Vedic Acharya and surrender to them and tell them your goal is to revive your ancestors culture. They will help you. Beware new age frauds, always check to make sure they are 100% philosophically airtight (you will need to learn real philosophy yourself to test this) and if they are and they practice perfectly what they preach they are a Guru and you need to surrender to them and never offend them.
Sincerely search and surrender to The Supreme for help in your journey and you will reach the goal, I promise.
