Most campsites and RV parks have wifi included into the cost. I just lifted up my antenna, put a real badass outdoor wifi repeater on there, and i break 100mbps every time. Sure its not super gamer level or whatever but enough to stream TV and movies, play occasionally with friends. You're creating a problem that is easily solved, or avoided. If you're gonna pick on RVers make a good point like 5 minute showers (this can be fixed rather easily too) or hard to regulate temperature or something.
