One time I was in one of these ghetto marts and there was a white girl at the register who carded a sheboon who then proceeded to start chimping out in sheboon; "you a rayciss, OOGA BOOGA, white ass bitch disraspect me OOGABOOGA" while me and my buddy gave each other the look. Anyhow, I asked the cashier why they don't call the cops on the drug dealers outside and she said they do but they never show up. She said the only time they'll show up is if it's an armed robbery, something she said had happened several times in the last month.
