Your average kosher deli owner is a lot less harmful to society than George Soros, but The Jewish community sticks together and looks out for each other far more than, say, Irish Catholics do. So middle-class Jews end up donating to the ADL or Simon Weisenthal center. They end up voting for Diane Feinstein, partly for her policies and partly because she's one of the tribe. The destructive Jews at the top wouldn't be where they are without an entire community supporting them.
If completely expelling them from our nation is off the table, the next best thing would be to errode their sense of community and have them assimilate. Jews with no sense of community or nepotism or in-group favoritism would just be greedy Italians.
