>>19628124Sola didn't know a place like this could exist. This is her kind of music, but the lights and screens are bordering on overwhelming. She grips Carmody's hand tightly, and is led to the bar. Sola doesn't have a fake ID, but thankfully isn't even checked. She puts on a poker face and order something sweet for her first, with the straight liquor to come later... in fact, barman, make it a shot of vodka now as well. She downs it with barely a wince, getting a raised eyebrow from the bartender, but grabs her drink and moves to join Carmody.
"You tell me."
>[Sola chuckles to herself. She... isn't sure why she said that.]"I've never been here before. I've been anywhere like this before. I'm down to grab a table and do some people watching if you are. But we WILL hit the dance floor later. I want to... watch you move in that dress."
A booth opens up and Sola moves to grab it before someone else can. The crowd is moving on beat to the tunes, and Sola wonders why it's taken her so long to come somewhere like this. When Carmody sits down opposite her and their eyes meet... Sola knows the answer.
