indians are the best at pretending to work, they just nod and smile and make it look like they are doing something. they get away with this in tech because of how big bloated companies are structured. for example if an indian built a deck in someones back yard, a layman can see what a shitty job they've done. but in tech you need to have some knowledge to see how broken everything they create is. so the upper management of a tech company will pay indians half price to build an application that appears to work, and its impossible to convince management how many problems there actually are and how in 1-3 years the thing will need to be rebuilt. thats why you never see indians working in startups or in positions that actually matter.
