well language degrees are seen as meme degrees by many but probably not. it's certainly a possibility that i'm wrong about this stuff being covered recently but i don't think so. seems fine though it's basically just either a linguistics degree or a culture degree but they don't separate it into concentrations or anything for whatever reason when they probably should. as long as i get fluency and a piece of paper out of it though that's good enough.
