>>16020326Pass. Because, I mean, I don't know anything about geography and politics, and whatnot. I couldn't even show you where Turkey is on the world map. Do we have a population transfer? I didn't even know we were that close. I thought that Greece was some far out place. Was Greece where the Roman Empire did their thing? That's as far as I know about it, if that's true.
But if we do indeed have a population transfer, then, just why would anybody from Greece want to come over to here? I'm pretty sure that their situation is infinitely better than ours. Cause it simply has to be. I mean, they were the Romans, how bad could it be now? But, I suppose we were once the Ottomans, also. I guess it could be that bad. Still, it just can't be as bad as here. I've just never heard of bad stuff happening in Greece, hell, it's kind of like a first world country, is it not? I simply always thought so. Never heard anybody talk about how bad that place is, compared to here.
So, anyway, my point is, why would anybody from there wanna come here, where it's just objectively worse? They have to be forced into it, I'm pretty sure. Are Greek refugees a thing? Because if so, then I guess I would understand them coming here. Although I don't know what's happening in Greece for them to become refugees in the first place. Or, well, wait, I also don't know why I'm assuming all of this has to be happening right at this moment. Did something happen in the past for a population exchange to occur? If so, then I just wouldn't know. All I can guess right now is that, literally nobody from Greece would wanna come here, and everybody from here would wanna go to Greece. Me included. I wonder how the ice cream prices are over there? Probably not a fortune as they are over here. Can I myself somehow go there?
