This board was created with the sole reason to leave /b/ rot and decompose as the porn dump board it became, and migrate the random stuff here. It was never made with the intention to host /soc/ meets /r9k/ type of generals.
The people at this Fish Tank general in particular don't even respect the simplest of rules when making a general, which is making a new one once it hits p10. Out of the seven threads, five or six are still a couple dozen replies off from bump limit, keeping the possibility of spergs necrobumping and raid the board open (they actively do btw.) All I'm saying is that making a specific board for the topic benefits not only the end user who wants to discuss it, but also the site by concentrating a large user traffic to it, both old and new, just like it happened with /vt/.
I wish I could make this thread elsewhere, as I'm sure this will only serve as a venting mechanism and no mod will probably check it out, but sadly there's no meta boards to discuss it and the IRC either ignores you or vaguely answers you until they get bored enough to ban you from it.
