it doubles as a vest if shit were to get nasty. i made it that way too, i bought the armor, and set it up.
nobody ever knows when i wear my pack, i am wearing protection as well.
will stop most large rounds, not rifle rounds though. but i do have a plate i can put in it, but mostly carry the soft armor.
too heavy with the plate in it..
