all factory eggs have metabolised antibiotics, otherwise the chicken would almost definitively die
some have sufficient amount of antibiotics to kill salmonela and escherichia in egge but like dude the egg litteraly forms in a hole that's directly connected to urinary tract and colon take a guess if theres bacteria in it
processes like flash freezing can kill the bacteria
even still
I would never drink raw chicken eggs, theres a substance in them that prevents absorption/ metabolic use of one of B vitamins called biotin
all eggs in custard production need to be tempered anyway
when you make nougat you pour hot sugar syrup to cook the egg white
meringue gets baked
zefyr has just like nougat hot sugar+thickening agent syrup poured into it to cooke the egge
whey is great because it has contact iodine, it can be pasteurised to hygienic standards and it's litteraly every snimal's first protein dose
eggs have cholesterol which is good for testosterone production but you should always watch out to avoid aromatisation of the androgens and of course aterosclerosis
cheese is a spicy one, has lots of fat (good cheese atleast... skyr is good cheese but an exception)... not much cholesterol, the proteins in cheese work less like building blocls for muscles and more like emulsifiers for the fat to disperse more easily in milkwater phase
like meat will always be the best source of protein for muscle growth
