My thought was to use what's good about biology to help the short comings of tech. For example the muscles part for ambulation. Now for everything else though having tech in there to make her more durable is good but having some biological capabilities would help fill in some gaps possibly.
That said as for the robowifu portion on what else it can do instead of sex would be a huge draw for many. However if it can do both the market expands dramatically in regards of how fast you could normalize it. Nevertheless having a robot wife you could do couple things with and she does your taxes and helps out would be kino.
