The only thing that is different between these two videos is the fact that they are both in different countries. the guy in the video on the bottom is in the states (i believe) where he might be able to do that sort of thing legally. but simply keeping north american native fish is still considered illegal for some reason. it is literally no different from what the people on the top are doing, but it still ends up being illegal for some god damn reason
