>>16316184for example advertising, a lot of advertising makes you want stuff right, to pressure you into buying things, but by perpetuating a materialistic society you're making some people feel worse and inducing more suffering in the people who are envious, it's not directly because of advertising but you know what i mean, basically humans already have incentives to cause suffering, but i suppose those vices like avarice and such could be argued as demonic influences, idk about that though, i think a lot of the time it's just part of human nature
