Guess I'll post this here too.
Here is the latest version of the W. V. City idea I was doing, though there haven't been too many extreme changes from the last version. From this tier list I'm starting to make the map. Its still looking rough, I have only finished the rough outline, but if anyone wants to see it, lemme know so I can post how my progress is going. It ain't anything fancy.
